  • In today’s world, media is a constant presence, and its content and frequency play a major role in the development of young minds. We help families move toward mindful media use by creating structured routines that prioritize high-quality engagement over passive consumption. Through ABA-informed strategies, we empower your child to build healthy habits that balance their digital lives with real-world connection and play.

Behaviours we decrease

  • Severe or frequent behaviours that interfere with learning, often a combination of aggression, yelling, crying, flopping to the floor, self-injury, or property destruction

  • Intense or frequent acts of harming others that may leave marks, target vulnerable areas, or involve objects

  • Actions taken to get away from people, tasks, or situations, such as yelling, running away, hiding, flopping to the floor, constantly changing the subject, or refusing to engage

  • Behaviours that damage or risk damaging things, such as throwing heavy items, swiping tables, ripping books, breaking toys, writing on walls, or overturning furniture

  • Behaviours that risk injury, including head banging, biting, scratching, hair-pulling, or hitting

At Superbloom, positive reinforcement is at the heart of everything we do. We prioritise play-based and naturalistic teaching, making therapy both enjoyable and effective. Progress is guided by careful measurement, and caregivers are active partners throughout the journey.

What makes our practice distinctive is that your Board Certified Behaviour Analyst personally designs and delivers your child's support plan, bringing expert care to every session from the start.

We work with families navigating challenging developmental milestones, and bring deep experience working with neurodivergent individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, speech and language delays, and other developmental differences.

About the Behaviour Analyst

Hello, I'm Jake, founder and principal Board Certified Behaviour Analyst at Superbloom. Over the past nine years, I've had the privilege of practicing and teaching Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) across diverse communities in the San Francisco Bay Area and Singapore.

I work with individuals from infancy through early adulthood with a range of skills and personalities. I specialise in supporting neurodivergent children and their families, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, speech and language delays, and other developmental differences. My approach blends structure with joy, building on each person's unique strengths and interests while teaching foundational skills and addressing behaviours that may be getting in the way of learning and connection.

If you're wondering if my expertise and approach are the right fit for you, I'd be happy to answer any questions. Reach out anytime.

  • “As a BCBA supporting our teenage son with Down syndrome and autism, Jake demonstrated not only deep clinical expertise but a rare and genuine gift for connection. Our son can be understandably wary of adults, and building rapport can take significant time and patience. With Jake, that comfort came quickly and naturally. Jake has a striking ability to meet kids exactly where they are while still thoughtfully challenging them to grow. He balanced professionalism with authenticity, creating sessions that were productive but also fun. Jake’s calm confidence, warmth, and intuitive understanding of kids set him apart. Our son recognized this quickly, and looked forward to his sessions. We were truly sad when Jake relocated, though our loss is a huge gain for families in Singapore lucky enough to work with Jake. If we ever have the chance, we just might have to follow him!”

  • "When our son was diagnosed with ASD at age two, we were overwhelmed and struggled to find the right support. After a disappointing experience with another provider, we started working with Jake Broder, and the difference was night and day.

The progress we’ve seen is breathtaking. Our son went from struggling with single words to communicating in full sentences. More importantly, he gained the confidence to join in at the playground and participate in his classroom. Jake didn’t just teach our son skills; he gave him a voice and a way to connect with the world.

To the families in Singapore: You are getting a world-class practitioner. Jake’s dedication and results speak for themselves, and we cannot recommend him highly enough."
